Regional Economics; a Study in the Economic Structure, Stability, and Growth of Regions
This book is intended for two groups of students. It is meant to be an introduction to location theory and regional economic development for undergraduate juniors and seniors in economics. It is also meant to be an introduction to the economic analysis useful to students in geography, city planning, and urban land economics. To serve both groups of students | have tried to keep the analysis as simple as possible and to explain the techniques of economic analysis when they are introduced. Although these explanations of techniques of analysis are repetitious to students with some study of economics.
